Confirmation of participation
As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the 77th IIW Annual Assembly and International Conference Organizing Secretariat. The following cancellation policy will apply:
For cancellation requests received until April 23th, 2024: 100% of the total amount will be refunded minus 150 € administration fees.
For cancellation requests received from April 24th, 2024 onwards: no refund applies.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.For any inquiry regarding your participation, please contact the Congress Organizing Bureau at info@iiw2024.com.
