Georgia is the Chief Executive of the Welding Greek Institute (WGI). MSc. in Material Engineering, as well as IIW/EWF Welding Engineer, is the responsible person for the WGI Operations and Interface with other Institutions and Organizations.
Georgia is also member of the Organizational Committee for the 78 IIW General Assembly in July 2024.
